The body is 70-80% water. The health of our body fluids defines our overall state of health and vitality. We require a balance of organic electrolyte-minerals for proper hydration. Our blood pH is the indicator. Water is a super antioxidant. Just drinking a sufficient amount of water alone will help hydrate, alkalize, clean and wash your system, resolving many lymphatic, glandular and organ imbalances (intestines, kidney, liver, gallbladder, heart, brain, lung, etc).
With dehydration, more water is moving out of our cells and then out of our bodies than the amount of water we take in through drinking.
Often times people will think they are hungry when they are actually thirsty. An easy way to tell this is that we will feel full but still be searching for something else to eat.
We lose water every day in the form of water vapor in the breath we exhale and as water in our sweat, urine, and stools. Along with the water, small amounts of salts (electrolytes) are also lost.

Drink half your body weight in ounces.
Example: If your body weighs 150 lbs you would drink at least 75 ounces of water, spread throughout the day. Do not chug, drink calmly and slowly throughout the day. You can physically only absorb 4oz of water in a half hour. Drink 4oz of water all day every half hour to rehydrate. Then stick to it and experience incredible health.

The body asks for several kinds of water. Waters from fruits and vegetables, source carbonated waters like Perrier or Gerolsteiner (but not added carbonation even if it says naturally added), as well as spring waters, from the earth source or from glass bottled sources.
Stay away from plastic bottled water (plastic is toxic, it leaches and makes the water acidic). This effects your hormones greatly.

If you are not ready to invest in a complete water system you can use a less expensive filter and then activate the water with Lodestones (which magnetically activate the water making it come alive again) BUT only a system like Pristine Hydro will remove the fluoride and the drugs and chemical synthetic herbicides and pesticides. Shower: The chlorine vapors from the shower go straight into your lungs. You will notice softer skin and hair with a shower filter.
